Pastor La'Sybill Mitchell is a devoted servant of God, committed to pursuing His heart and will. As a Licensed and Ordained Pastor under Pilgrim Assemblies International, she strives to reflect the love and character of Christ in all that she does. Through both her life and ministry, Pastor LaSybill seeks to lead others into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ by living out His truth with compassion, integrity, and unwavering faith.
Pastor LaSybill Mitchell serves as the Senior Pastor of Rhema Church, a dynamic Pentecostal ministry rooted in prayer, power, and deliverance. Rhema Church is a Bible-teaching congregation committed to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, the message of salvation, and the baptism in Jesus’ name, as written in Acts 2:38.
Our Vision is to echo the Word of God to the whole world.

LaSybill Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of WIN Ministries (Winning Warriors), a global ministry committed to spiritual empowerment through prayer and the Word of God. At WIN Ministries, we equip Intercessors and Prayer Warriors with the tools they need to grow stronger in faith and spiritual authority. Pastor LaSybill leads prayer efforts that reach across the globe, connecting hearts and lives through intercession.
She is also the founder of Be You Fearless, a transformative movement designed to help women and girls heal from trauma and violence. Be You Fearless fosters self-awareness and empowers people to regain confidence, affirm their self-worth, and stand firm in their identity in Christ. Through this movement, Pastor LaSybill promotes wellness, breaks down barriers, and encourages others to live boldly and fearlessly as the individuals God intended them to be.
Both WIN Ministries and Be You Fearless are extensions of the local church ministry. Through these platforms, she hosts conferences, workshops, and teaching seminars that promote spiritual growth, emotional healing, and personal development.
